How to set "app_fee_money" developer account?

I am developing a mobile application to accept orders for a business which uses Square. I am using the In-App Payments SDK as well as the Payments API and am curious about the details of the app_fee_money attribute in the Create Payment endpoint. How does this attribute know which account to deposit the app fee to? I believe it has to do with an OAuth token but am struggling to find any documentation.

Had to run this by one of our API Specialists. Right now they're working on improved documentation. However, the funds from app_fee_money will go to the developer’s default location in their account.The default location is marked on the developer dashboard for your application.
