How to send appointment reminders to imported calendar entries

Hello! I’ve imported my clients appointments from iOS calendar and it duplicates into google calendar then to square appointments however, it’s not sending reminders to those appointments. Whats the use of having a partially functioning import feature?

Just want to clarify to make sure we're on the same page here - it sounds like you stating that you have created appointments through your iOS calendar, which you then copy over to your Google Calendar. Once that's happened, you are importing appointments from your GCal to your Square Appointments calendar - is that right?
