TWO issues. I have called multiple times. Unfortunately, I experienced the Square team does not know much about the POS.
1st - I want to remove the feature located on the customers display offering "Check in for free rewards".
This feature just popped up and cant find where to remove it. I have reset the system and updated on the desktop, ipad, pos and nothing.
2nd- Want to remove the option for a customer to claim a reward AFTER the credit card has been processed. This should not be an option for the customer because it will stack the discount. I only want the team to have access to provide the clients with the discount.
