How to remove a variation of an item from online store

Hi, Is there a way to remove a certain variation of an item from my online store? I have 2 different colors and only want one displayed online for now but since they are under the same item listing I don't see a way to do that.

HI, you can delete the second variation or you can adjust tracking stock to 0 which will gray out the selection.

Example below 12x12 is out of stock
