How to modify the basic information after CC is swiped

After a credit card is swiped the basic information pops up to allow additional information to be added during the sale.  How do I include additional information in this pop up such as address and occupation

Welcome to the Seller Community! I appreciate your post. 

Do you already have Customer Management enabled on your app? This would allow you to save more information to the Customer's profile. 

Settings > Customer Management > Collect Before or After (your choice)
