Hi,
My business buys, sales and repairs mobile devices. As part of this market, we have to add quite a few items to the database. Some of these items, are kept in the system for information purposes ONLY. How can I make it so an item can be looked up, but not bought/sold?
I.E.,
iPhone (Original). We have it listed in the database, so that I and/or employees can look it up. Recently, an employee looked it up, and was about to purchase it from a customer, (in was in great condition) but thankfully did not, as the original price is higher than what it would be worth today. To prevent this from happening, we have created a Category, DSC-Devices, yet can still be bought or sold. Any way we can prevent this from happening?
