My usb printer is “disabled”, basically doesn’t exist to my reader, (gen 1 stand/iPad). In order to reinstall I need the IP address. I have printed the configuration sheet(s), but only the first one prints w/ the basic info not including the IP address. I have a big event and need to print order tickets/receipts; small cafe.
All cables/plugs etc appear to be in okay. Power on, no error lights.
Square customer service is only M-F….help please!!!

Which printer model are you trying to connect to your iPad? The printer manufacturer (e.g Star Micronics, or Epson) would be able to provide steps on how to retrieve the IP address. I'd be happy to take a look for you as well 🙂
