How to get category photos to show up

I am currently building my website, and on my "shop all" page I have a series of categories (hoodies, hats, etc.) It is an to add a photo to the category, which I have done, but the photos do not show up on the shop all page. Is there something I am missing/how can I fix this?

HI, Shop All is to display all the items in your inventory. 

ex. when you click Womens from the Shop All page, then all the sub-category images display
