You may want to provide more details about your question so others here have a better understanding. For example, how old are we talking, was your site a free Square site, a Weebly site before Square acquired Weebly, did you do a site reset in your Square Account, do you have your own Domain, etc. I'm sure someone here may be able to help if they have a better understanding of your issue. If not, then contacting Square's Tech Support may be your best option.
