How to enter manual details on variable items

I have a donation item that brings up the variable number keypad.  Is there a way to show a text field to manually enter details for who made the donation (name, etc) and what it was for, so we can send them a physical receipt?

@kenherr46 Hi! Okay, I am not sure what device you are using, but when I am looking at my screen- If I choose the keypad option there pop up suggested prices as well as a "+ Note" option. You can add a note that way. OR- If you have an item and that item is priced as a variable so that when you click the item it asks you for a price, If you add the item to your cart and then reclick on the item in your cart you then should be able to see a note section!!
