How to create pre-orders for multiple future events?

We have a food truck that visits multiple locations/events, many of which are recurring venues.  These events are scheduled ahead of time (often weeks or months), and we try to post on our website where we will be, to help customers find us.  We are trying to drive a lot of our customers to pre-order, so would like to have the ability for customers to click on the event information link to drive them to a pre-order menu, then they can pick up their order when they arrive at the event/venue.  I'd like Square to manage and organize these orders based on the venue and date of the event, rather than having to require the customer to pick the correct location.  I can foresee how someone might pick the incorrect location for pickup.  I have not been able to figure out how to manage this and need some help please!

I can see how important it is to be prepared for a rush. 

At this time, there is no way for the system to manage these pre orders automatically based on location to prevent a customer from making such an error but we're happy to do all that we can to see this in the future.
