How to create an invoice (to print) if my client doesn't have an email address?

I have several clients who don't have or don't provide an email address. I am unable to create an invoice and print it out to mail it. How can I do this?

I would create a Gmail account that you can use for all the customers you need to supply an email address for.  so you could get [email protected] and then you would have the ability to print out as if you were the customer since you have access to the email address.
