How to change Category rollup

How can I change some categories in 'Category Rollup.' and modify the name of the category rollup?

I had a look and did some testing and from what I can see, there is not a huge range of functionality available here at the moment. 

I've reached out to the Restaurants team for clarification and some additional context on this feature and I'll follow up with you when I have some more information.

@jkoo just following up here. 

When you filter to your Category report > View Rollups > Manage Category Rollups > Click the title of your Rollup, you'll have the option to edit/delete each one.
