How to assign items to category? We cannot get it to "hold".

We follow these steps but there is no save or move button.  We cannot get two of the five items to "stick" or "hold".

Create Item Categories Online

Categories simplify your item library and sales reports.

1. Log in to Categories from your online Square Dashboard.
2. Click Create Category.
3. Name your category (i.e. Drinks, Food, Jewelry).
4. Click Assign Items and check the box next to each item you wish to include.

That's the process.  What browser are you using?  Try Chrome.  You can also export your items, add the categories to the spreadsheet and upload it.  Much faster.
