How to apply a physical or eGift card to a mobile (.square.site) transaction?

I have figured out how to sell eGift cards and physical gift cards and associate them with customers but I cannot figure out how that customer can apply a gift card to a transaction made on a mobile phone linking to our .square-site ordering page. I read somewhere that you have to have delivery enabled which I have but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to have the gift card show up as a payment option even when all the customer information including phone number matches what is on account and has a gift card associated with it. Any help is appreciated.!

Hello @tberkompas !

 

The Gift Card option is a little buried on the checkout screens. Once the customer chooses Checkout from your site, fills out their email/name/number, and chooses the pickup/delivery time, they will get to the Payment Information screen:

All they have to do is tap the Add a gift card line, and a new box will show up. They enter the 16 digit card number here and hit Apply. Tell your customers to wait until the gift card number box shows the card balance before continuing or the system will yell at them about not entering a credit card number.
