My Staff member just spent 4 hours on the phone with support and in the end, they were not able to fix our barcode problem because she wasn't an "Authorized User". How does one become this? So frustrating... endless drop down menus and pages with no clear information.
@GS4 This one is easy. Go to https://squareup.com/dashboard/authorized-representatives
Click on the Add Authorized Representative button, and fill out the form. Once that is done, your staff member will be good to go.
