Hello,
We received an online order today that turned out to be fraudulent. The billing customer called and denied participating in the transaction which is scheduled to be shipped to an address different than the billing.
Now how can we void this transaction? If we refund it back, Square will charge us more fees for the refund.
I tried to call but they don't provide phone support for new sellers!!
Please advise.

if you refund a transaction there will be no fees, you actually get your fees back for taking the card too. so, in the end, it is like it never happened for fees.
How do I void a charge or reverse it?
