How to Split Sales between two salespeople?

I need to split a sale between two employees.

Both of them helped in the sale but the sale actually were made from the phone of one of the employees so he only has the commision, I would like for both have the commision.

So I need to split it 50-50 how can this be done?

This cannot be done currently.  if it was a cash sale you could refund it and run 2 sales for 1/2.  but don't refund if it was a credit card.
