How to Setup Register for Credit Card Only sales?

I've had my Bluetooth chip reader and android register for a couple of days. Initially, when I hit the charge button for a sale, it would (I think) go right to the credit card screen which was what I wanted. Now it goes to a screen that prompts me for Cash, Gift Card, etc payments none of which I ever want to use. How do I turn this off so that the only option is to process sales though the Bluetooth reader? The other options are confusing me and my employees.

The payments screen will always offer a variety of payment options, but once you click that blue charge button and arrive at the payments option screen you can simply swipe that card without having to select a payment type and we will charge the card. 

We don't have a way to remove those other options but you can simply ignore those options and keep swiping!
