Hello all. I sold merchandise to someone who I am trying to reach because upon cleaning up my area at this outdoor event, I found a piece of one of the items she purchased on my table under a display crate. I was mortified that this had occurred. I sent her a message thru Square but I'm wondering how these messages are received by the buyer. Does the buyer have to be a Square subscriber? If not, by what means is it received? I have no other way to contact her. Thanks!

When sending a message you should have been given the option to either send via text message or email - do you recall selecting either of these options?
When sending the message is this the process that you followed?
Hi Seamus...I do not believe that I had that option. I must contact this customer to make her sale whole. Something fell off of an item she purchased & she might not yet know it. Thanks for your assistance! Teresa Edelglass
