You can set up your account to notify you when a transaction has taken place. Just go to the Account & Settings section of your online Square Dashboard and in the Email Notifications section, you can set your preferences for transactional emails:

 

  1.  Scroll down to Transactional Emails.
  2. Click Per Payment to receive an email after every completed transaction.
  3. Click Save to save your preferences.

Is it possible to receive Transactional Emails for Point of Sale sales?  Or is there some other easy way to know what my team members are selling without having to comb through the transaction history?

Is it possible to just receive emails when certain team members make sales?

At this time there is no way to specify who you receive these emails for, the system won't sort them as of now.

I'm happy to pass this along to our engineers as a feature request on your behalf @NobleScience.

George, I was getting notifications of transactions that went through my Square of customer sales.  Then about 2 weeks ago, they have stopped.  How can I reset it so that I get email notifications of transaction through my Business Square account.  Thanks!

Sorry to hear this is going on with your Square account notifications. If the steps above on how to edit your notifications did not help. Please reach out to our Customer Success team directly, we will be happy to look into your account further and reset your email settings if needed.
