How do you update your DNS setting?

I recently published my website but no one is able to see it because I keep getting a message at the top saying I need to update my DNS setting. What does that mean because I’ve already paid for a domain and transferred it and it’s still not allowing me to search up my site.

HI, DNS settings are only for a domain YOU have control of within the domain provider dashboard.  Since you transferred it out of their platform, you no longer have the access to control the DNS settings.

 

Square will need to process the domain which can take 7 to 15 business days.

 

*Please note: when you purchase a domain from a domain provider (example-GoDaddy) the domain can stay there for the life of the domain.  There is no need to transfer it anywhere, you would have control within the provider dashboard.
