How do you set up a new contact-less reader to put money into our corporate bank account before they are used by the sales team?

You'd want to first set up your Square account and verify any requested information. Then you'd just sign into the Square app on the phone/tablet you've linked your contactless reader to. From there it should be easy to start accepting sales.

When you sign up for Square you enter the Corporations bank account where you want the funds from Square to be deposited to.

After your account is setup, download the Square app to your phones, tablet, Stands, Terminals, or other devices that you plan to take payments on.
After the app is downloaded and you give your employees an access code or Device code to log into your Square account.
Device Code instructions manage-devices-by-location This also works for 1 location or multiple locations for corporations in more than 1 tax bracket by state etc.
All you need to do is connect the card reader by bluetooth to the device.
