How do you run a report on returns?

How do you run a report to evaluate returns? $$ amount listed for all returns doesn't seem accurate.

Thanks for the question and welcome to the Community! We're so glad you found us.

To take a look at your refund details you'll navigate to the Transaction page of your Square Dashboard.

There you can select your dates, and your payment type - change to refunds. This will bring up all refunded transactions in your date range, and the amount of each refund. You can click on the transaction itself for more detailed information about the transactions.
