How do you mass update products to add weight data?

Hey all! I was thinking of migrating from my current website to Square. When I exported a dummy template of the items list, I noticed there was no field for weight and dimensions.

How do I update this information on a mass scale? 

I'm pretty much trying to migrate from my current site to Square.

@LittlestGiftBou You'll need to add weight and dimensions in the item description field. There isn't a designated field to include that info.
