How do you charge from out of country?

My question is how to use Square to charge when I'm out of USA with my device ?

you will not be able to use your Square account nor your Square account if you travel outside the country where you made the Square account.  This is due to contracts with the credit card companies.

@VanKalkerFarms is correct here. As a US registered Square seller, it would not be supported to take payments outside of the country you signed up with Square in.
