In the appointment site before the appointment confirms there is a step where contact info is collected. Where can I edit what info the customer must put in? This goes to the directory and i already have custom fields...i dont understand why it isnt applying to my appointments site contact info step

This is a great question, but currently you cannot edit the fields on the online booking site. Custom fields have to be manually filled out on your Customer Directory.
What kind of information are you trying to collect from your customers upon booking?
Hey I'm looking for their Instagram and also I need to clarify their legal name but it doesn't let me edit the titles...
We'll definitely get some eyes on this to better integrate the experience between the custom fields in Directory and the Appointments information that is gathered.

How is this not fixed yet. No custom fields how can someone schedule me to come to their house? I need to be able to collect their address and also have multiple choice questions answered about what issue they are having.
