How do i accept tips

Ok guys, I'm an Uber driver and my intent was to use the magstripe reader to accept tips without charging the customer, can this be done?

I'd love to hear more details too! If you just want to know if you're allowed to use Square to accept tips, that's not a problem. There are plenty of drivers who do the same thing.
