How do employee roles see feedback

Hi,

 

We have an employee that we would like to receive the e-mail notifications when feedback is left.  Is there a way to enable it so that not just the Owner receives the e-mails?

Thanks so much for your question. Customer feedback is tied to the main account email. We currently don't have the ability to have it send to a secondary email through the Dashboard, but I would definitely suggest that to our Product Team.  Feel free to post your specific request, and we'll get the right eyes on it for you!

 

As a work around, most email providers though, do have the ability to set up specialty forwarding rules for particular emails. As long as your employee responds to feedback through the Dashboard, and not their personal email, they could get a notification of feedback if you set up forwarding rules. 

 

The Employee could then log into to Dashboard > Customers  > Feedback to respond. 

For help setting up forwarding rules for your email, I would suggest checking with your provider. They'll be the best support for that function!
