Thanks for bringing this up. To make sure I'm on the same page, are you referring to the "Reschedule or Cancel" button which leads back to the online booking site? If so, that option cannot be removed from the reminder at this time.
You can customize your appointment reminder messaging by heading over to your Settings tab > Communications.
