How do I stop the set up online booking prompt?

Is there a way to permanently get rid of the prompt to set up online booking that shows up every time I go to the appointments calendar?  I hit the X every single time.  My business requires I talk with a person to gather more information to make sure they are appropriate for my services, so online booking isn't a function I plan to use for a long time.  I'd love not to have to hit the X every time.
