I have one customer who confuses this email with another bill and would prefer not to receive them at all. Help!
Sorry to hear the feedback program won't work for you, @KitchenFish! But it's an easy change:
Sign in to your Feedback Page in the online Dashboard. Click on the Settings button in the top-right corner, and then click the blue toggle to disable it, pictured below:
