I use Square with my Cub Scout pack to take credit sales with our different fundraisers. I have different parents working at different show and sells, and currently everybody uses the same log in. Since that is the same log in that allows access to setting prices, I would prefer to block that particular access. How do I set up restricted access? Different log in emails, different log in codes? Help!!

In your dashboard, click on Team and then click Create Team Member. Also create a separate permission set for these new Team Members. For Square on your phone or POS, you can also set them up to have an access code and then you can turn that on for your device(s) and they will be able to log in with the access code and be limited to certain areas of the system based on the permissions you have set.
