Hello @epiphysis

 

It sounds like you might not have created any items yet? You can create items online (enter a name for your product, set the price, set stock level) or you can create items from a mobile device

 

When you've created an item, you'll see an item list in Checkout section of the app. You can then tap on the item name to add it to the sale and they'll automatically be included on your customer's receipt.

thank you, Helen, I did create items, but I am having trouble posting them on the person's information.  It looks like it should be easy so I will continue to try!

Practice will help! In the meantime this YouTube video shows how to add items to a sale (fast forward to 0:34). The steps to add an item and swipe a payment card are in our Support Center too!
