How do I send a mass email to clients for a out of salon notice?

There isn't a way to do this through the Square Appointments features, however you could use the Marketing Campaign tool to create an announcement email to let your clients know you'll be out of the Salon. The ''Send a Quick Update'' template should work for this.
You can also cancel existing appointments and provide cancellation notices, as well as remove your booking availability for that time.
