How do I send an invoice to the same client?

I have sent an invoice to the client however I need to add more for more services. They have already paid the first invoice so I am just sending the balance for the services.  When I try to create a new invoice it takes me back to the previous invoice and won't let me create a new invoice for the remaining balance. How do I get around this?

Hey @Sheshe16, welcome to the seller community and sorry to hear about the trouble with this invoice!

 

Are you trying to send the invoice from the Register app or your online Square Dashboard? You should be able to create a new invoice for the remaining amount by signing in to your Invoices tab, then clicking the blue "Create Invoice" button in the upper right corner of your screen.

 

If that doesn't get you to the right place or if you're encountering an issue with the dashboard, please give these troubleshooting tips a run-through.
