How do I run a report for a specific time?

Hey

So I run a bar from 10pm-3am and was wondering if there was anyway to run reports for that time? I only see the option to run it from 10pm-12am then 12-am to 3am for the next day.

It depends on the report, but many allow you to set custom hours:

As you can see, the box next to the date range selector (by default set to All Day) can be used to set whatever hour range you want.
