How do I reschedule a client appointment

I am trying to reschedule a clients' nail appointment. I only see cancel and no show options. Is it possible to reschedule the appointment?

Thanks for bringing this up! Yes—you can reschedule your appointments from the online Square Dashboard:

 

  • Go to Appointments > Calendar > drag/drop event to a different date/time as needed > select Reschedule Appointment from the pop-up window.

 

  • Alternatively, you can edit the appointment from the Calendar tab by clicking on the event > Appointment Details > manually select new date and time > Save > Reschedule Appointment.
