I purchased an item from a boutique and used square to pay. The company had problems with customs and the items never arrived. I’ve been waiting since November and now the boutique is shut down and I have no way to contact them, but I do have the invoice and proof I paid it.

You'll want to contact your bank or card issuer to file a dispute if the boutique is no longer able to process this refund for you and you're wanting a refund.
