How do I remove a client from the lapsed list that shouldn't be there?
what do you mean they shouldn't be there? you can change the length of time for a lapsed customer when viewing the list. https://squareup.com/dashboard/customers/directory
when a client has used another form of payment besides a credit card it doesnt register them coming in im assuming therefore i have clients that come in every 4 weeks but doesnt always use a card or thye same card so they hav recieved coupons as if they were lasped....
you would need to tie that purchase to their customer account with their name then. you can add a customer during checkout.
