How do I receive the free magstripe reader after starting up an account for my business? Am

So was searching and clicking around, but I guess not clicking in and searching far enough. Can not find how to get the free Magstripe Reader. Also, just to save hassle, if I were to obtain a square reader from someone that no longer uses it, like my mom who purchased the upgraded readers, can I use her old one or is it tied to her account? Thank you for answers in advance!

Readers don't hold any personal or business related information on them, so you could use another seller's reader.
