There are a few different ways to accept a payment with Square! The most common way is to swipe or dip a card. Once you've downloaded the Square Point of Sale App on your mobile device, just follow these steps:
From here the customer will sign for the transaction and choose a method for a receipt. Then thats it!

Second I don't have an account how do I get my money if event I succeed in receiving?

Because you mentioned that you aren't using Square Invoices to invoice your customers, I would suggest using Manual Card Entry to record these payments since you won't have the card present in these instances.

I am trying to record a cash payment for one of my Draft invoices and I am not seeing an option for that. thanks
if an invoice still is in the draft stage you won't be able to accept payment, you must send it first.

Here are the steps for linking you checking account to Square:
Open the menu, and tap Settings > Account > Bank Account > Add Bank Account. Enter the requested bank account information. You can find this information listed at the bottom of your checks, or you can contact your bank to confirm this information. Click Continue.
