How do I print un-paid saved Tickets?

I have saved tickets that have not been paid yet. I also have a printer setup with all the "Use this printer for" options "On". Should I be able to print these saved tickets without having the customer pay for them first?

Hi @aharrison32!

Yes you are able to print unpaid saved tickets! Just open the ticket and click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen. There should be a print option there.
