Hey @moonlite864 thanks for reaching out about this. If you have item descriptions enabled for item sales, there is no reason it shouldn't show.
Can you try taking your website offline and then republishing it to see if that helps? Also, try removing the items from your website and enabling them again. Please let me know if that works or not. If not, you will need to contact Weebly Support so they can take a look at the details of your account.
