i use square to book appointments for haircuts but I do my appointments in 45 minute increments. Someone books for 10am and the next available space shows 11 when I want it to show 10:45am. Can this be fixed?

In order to make appointments available on those quarter hour slots, you'll need to head to your Calendar & Booking settings through the Dashboard. There's a section under Online Scheduling called "Appointments are scheduled". Change that setting to be According to service duration. That way, your spacing will be so that it correlates with your appointment duration and the next available slots will show immediately after one appointment is finished.

Hi there I cant seem to figure out how to set specfic appointment times meaning i want only 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm availabilitys. Can someone please help me figure out how to set that! Any insight is greatly appreciated
Hi @OrganicBeautyLV and welcome to the Seller Community!! I've merged your post to an existing thread where I think Nika has already answered your question. It looks like your appointment slots are 2 hour intervals, so you can make each appointment 2 hours to help space everything out.

I’m familiarizing myself with Square meeting. I just activated the «plus» subscription with the first month of trial.
I would like to allow my clients to buy and book meeting, but only at a specific time : 9:15am, 11am, 2:30pm and 4pm, from Monday to Friday.
How can I do that please?

It seems to me that this thread address a different issue.
I do not seek to allow appointment every 45 minutes.
I seek that my clients only have the option to select a meeting at specific moments, say : 9:15am, 11am, 2:30pm and 4pm.
The previous answer about the setting «According to service duration» does not solve my issue. Unless there is something I don't understand.
Looking forward to having a solution so I can start to book meeting using Square Meeting.
We would love to be able to choose this as well. There are not many options on this. I would like all our appointments to book at 75 minutes. but that is not the time frame of all our appointments , just our most requested one. if they all booked at every 75 minutes then the next person who booked would have that much space between to be booked. when we have shorter appointments they always end up booked at weird ties that then only allow us to get another short appointment or none at all, just a weird gap.
Recently the function that allows use to schedule a specific time has changed to a dial and that function lists available times- how can I change this back to the previous feature and function?
