How do I look up a refund by transaction? I’m showing a refund in my dashboard but didnt make one
I am showing a refund when I pull up my transaction history but never actually made one. How do I look up just that transaction? It’s not showing a date, just the amount
Using Sale summary report you can narrow down the date by scrolling through the days untill your see the day with return dollars. Then in Transactions look for a negative amount. Click on the transaction and it will show the original sale and the return.
