I book appointment for services that typically take 2.5 hours. I want to specify and limit the options during the day that appointments are available - such as 11am, 1:30pm, and 4pm. But on my booking calendar it shows all the increments during my workday as options - such as 11, 1130, 12, 1230, 1, etc. How do I limit the times available to 3 options instead of all the 30 minute increments?

Hello @xchousenx! It looks like you were able to call our Support team about this by the time I read your post.
To confirm for anyone else who has this question: you can set up your Appointments like this by updating your business hours. In your example you can set your business to open at 11am.
Then, from your Calendar & Booking settings select Appointments are scheduled > According to Service Duration (below Online Scheduling. This will ensure sure you're available every 2.5 hours until your business is closed!
