How do I let my online store accept orders but not process the credit card until I review it?

How do I let my online store accept orders but not process the credit card until I review it? I have high ticket items. I don't want to process the credit card transaction until I'm 100% certain it is a real order and not a fraudulent order. How do I disable automatic credit card processing for my online store but still have it accept orders?

@ncsolarelectric As much as I hate being the bearer of bad news, you can’t do that currently, online Store or in person. Square does not have a pre-authorization/hold function to allow this. 

I checked past threads on this subject here and while it is much requested I have seen no announcement. 

I’d say go ahead and let the store process the sale, and then refund it if you determine the card was fraudulently used. But I’m not sure that is a satisfactory solution.
