How do I go about unpublishing my site while only have my pop-up showing?

I have created a pop-up where my visitors can subscribe with email info. Though after they have submitted (or X'd out the pop-up) it shows my one main page about my website publishing soon. I have disabled the other pages and had my items unpurchasable because I didn't want them published. Only the Pop-up would suffice until I publish the site.  I want to be able to make the whole website pages without the option of publishing it before my launch date. I'm at the point where I feel like i have to scrummage the day prior to launch.

You would not be able to have just a pop-up as your whole website - sorry for the inconvenience.
