This sounds like a major pain! 😨
I just tested this out on your account, but for some reason I wasn't able to replicate the problem. I was able to find the video in the "Help" section, but it didn't automatically pop up. Were you able to dismiss it finally by clicking the X in the top left corner?
Is this still happening for you? If so, you might also try deleting, and then reinstalling the app.
Either way, please let me know! I want to make sure this is taken care of!
It happens to me too every time I pair the bluetooth reader in the morning.
@VanKalkerFarms Weird! 🤔 The reader should automatically connect after the initial pairing, you just need to wake it up by tapping the power button. You shouldn't have to re-pair it each time you want to use it, unless you unpaired it so you could connect it to a different device.
